PRODUCT OVERVIEW

REGULAR SLOTTED CARTON

The regular slotted carton is one of the most common custom packaging boxes on the market. They are easily assembled, the flaps can be taped shut. For strength and durability these can be made into many different types of custom flutes and wall construction ( or thickness) combinations.

FULL OVERLAP BOX

This tyle is very resistant to rough handling. It is similar to an RSC but its flaps are the same length as the width of the carton. When closed the ourter flaps will fully overlap each other. With the overlapping flaps this style offers more cushioning on the top & bottom. when stacked on its side extra stacking strength.

HALF SLOTTED CARTONS

The cover of this style extend over less than two-thirds the depth of the body, distinguishing it from the partial-telescope styles.
The half-slotted box frequently uses a design-style cover, because it is easier to close the smaller side flaps.
These boxes are frequently used for both shipping and shelf storage, or other applications where the cover must be removed and replaced frequently.

SELF LOCKING CARTONS

Self Locking Cartons are made from a single corrugated sheet.

The design features an unbroken bottom, and several thicknesses in the end panels

TRAYS

Trays are not shipping containers but more frequently used as inner containers for parts, delicate produce, letter mail and other products, or as elements of display stands.

ROLL END TRAY

The Roll End Tray is typically Erected and locked by hand; no gluing is necessary. It can also be made with a connected lid. It is easily assembled and quick to load. The roll end tray is commonly used for custom food boxes and custom pharmaceutical packaging boxes.

PARTITIONS

Partitions are a type of interior packaging which separate and protect products typically packaged in cartons and other containers by creating individual cell into which the product is placed. Sets of chipboard or corrugated strips are cut to size, slotted, and interlocked to form a grid cells. Partitions are not typically made in common sizes, but are custom designed for each product application and made to order.

LINERS & SLEEVES

A liner is a creased fibreboard sheets inserted in a container and covering all the side walls.

SHEETS, PADS & STRIPS

Sheet, Pads & Strips are all corrugated or solid fibreboard sheets used for extra protection or for separating tiers or layers of articles when packed for shipment.

1 PIECE FOLDER / BOOKS WRAP

Folder-type boxes provide an unbroken bottom surface and are scored to fold around a product. They are commonly used for shipping books and clothing.

ZIP CASES

Zip Case containers are often used as quick open displays and do not require any cutting to open. A zip case with exposed flutes allows the product to stay upright and organized.
